United Cash Loan

As of right now, the great majority of lenders dealing in same day cash loans are working independently, or maybe in partnership with a larger banking entity. There is little unity between these lenders, because everyone still has room enough and profits enough to avoid direct competition - but these carefree days are running out. Soon enough there will be a major need for a united cash loan, a surge of corporate interest in these fast payday advances.

The coming of the united cash loan
It seems that everything corporate America gobbles up eventually becomes legal - guns, drugs, gambling, human trafficking. Right now the laws are basically non-existant where the cash loan is concerned, but we're willing to bet that if these loans go corporate there will be laws protecting them:

We see laws allowing these lenders the ability to charge whatever price they wan, and that price will be determined by the fluctuations of supply and demand.
We see the united cash loan industry being able to hire on the big legal guns to act as collection agencies - not just mercenaries for hire, but extensions of the actual government finding another way to attack after the poor.
We see identity theft of national, legal proportions, then words form the big dawg himself telling us that theft is the only way to protect our better interests.

Then we look around and see that all these things are already happening - lenders do charge whatever customers are willing to pay despite usury laws, lenders do hire out district attorneys to act as collection agencies, and lenders can legally or illegally sell off your private banking information without fear of capture, punishment, or loss of profit. The united cash loan it seems is already here! And we didn't even see it coming - who'd a thunk it.

Don't blame the police
Just because the Payday Police are the first people you see patrolling this united cash loan debacle doesn't mean its our fault - we're just enforcing the laws. After work we all go out, snuff a couple lines, DUI through Phoenix - we do all the same things you folks do. We even take out a fast cash loan every now and again.
